Kareem “Junjun” Jeffers, 32, of Pond’s Pasture, Basseterre, has been formally charged in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in Pond’s Pasture on July 30, 2025. The incident resulted in injuries to Police Officer Talbert Warner Jr.
At the Basseterre Police Station on August 8, 2025, Jeffers was charged with the following offences:
One (1) count of Attempted Murder
One (1) count of Possession of a Firearm
One (1) count of Possession of Ammunition
One (1) count of Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life
One (1) count of Discharging a Loaded Firearm within Forty Yards of a Public Road
Three (3) counts of Shooting at with Intent
