(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- A female on Nevis was formally arrested and charged for possession of cannabis and permitting preparation of cannabis for sale at a dwelling house.
The female is said to be Andrea Richardson of Prospect Estate. The offences were allegedly committed on October 18, 2013.
