Basseterre, St. Kitts — Fitzroy Challenger of St. Kitts has been sentenced to a term of imprisonment at His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Burglary with Intent to Rape, committed on January 2nd, 2023, in Basseterre.
Mr Challenger had previously entered a guilty plea to the charge. He was sentenced to eight (8) years’ imprisonment, with time spent on remand to be deducted from the sentence.
The sentence was handed down at the St. Christopher Circuit High Court by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC on November 4th, 2025.
