Travis Rogers, head coach of the SKNFA Under-17 team, visited the ET Willet Park on Friday, December 5, to evaluate young footballers in Nevis for possible selection to the national Under-17 squad.
Rogers noted that a similar talent assessment had already taken place in St. Kitts, and the Nevis session provided an important opportunity for local youth players to showcase their abilities and earn consideration for national duty.
The next step is to select a 23-member St. Kitts and Nevis Under-17 team, which will immediately begin training ahead of the World Cup qualifying preparation tournament scheduled for February 4–12, 2026, in St. Vincent.
St. Kitts and Nevis is expected to compete against teams from the **Dominican Republic, the United States, and host nation St. Vincent and the Grenadines**.
