The Four Seasons Resort recently hosted the members of the local Special Olympic committee and a group of the Nevis contingent of Special Olympians, to a day out at the Resort, as part of the fund raising endeavours towards the world games, set for 2019.
The Special Olympians and executive members were able to interact with members of the Resort management team and some of the guests at the Resort, in playing Bocce and Tennis.
These are two of the Sports that will be a part of the world games and two sports that the St. Kitts and Nevis team has always done very well in.
The Four Seasons Resort also hosted a cocktail event for the Special Olympians and monies raised will go towards sending the St. Kitts- Nevis team to the Special Olympics world games, set for Abu Dhabi from the 14th to the 21st March, 2019.
It is understood that the Resort will be hosting the Special Olympians in a similar fashion, during the upcoming Christmas season.
