Prospect, Nevis – On Thursday, February 11, 2021, Ms. Tanya Lowe, Chairperson of the Four Seasons Homeowners Foundation, presented a cheque with an undisclosed amount, to the Education officer, responsible for the Cecely Browne Integrated School, Mrs. Terez Dore.
Mrs. Dore in turn presented the cheque to the Principal at the institution, Mrs. Violet Clarke.
Ms. Lowe noted that the Four Seasons Homeowners Foundation has been a regular donor to the welfare of the school and stated that they would have contributed to such things as their greenhouse and computer lab, along with assistance with the Special Olympians. The organization has made numerous other donations to assist with the general health care and education programs on the island.
Education officer Dore, in her opening remarks, stated that the donation was timely and introduced the main speakers for the ceremony.
An elated Principal, Mrs. Clarke, indicated that the school has been ably assisted with Physiotherapy services by Ms. Morida Esponda and was able to showcase some of the equipment that are already in use at the school.
Ms. Esponda was also present at the ceremony.
