Franklyn Demming of Cleverly Hill, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, and Indecent Language.
The offences were reportedly committed on February 27, 2026, in Sandy Point. Mr Demming was formally charged on February 28, 2026, at the Sandy Point Police Station.
The matter is expected to proceed before the Court in due course.
