Former Nevis leg spinner, Frank Monzac, has confirmed that the Calypso Cricket Club and indeed the community of Cotton Ground, will be hosting a fund raiser on Sunday 5th May at the Cotton Ground Playing field.
This fund raiser which will be in the form of a fun day, will be held in aid of ailing former Nevisian and West Indies B team player, Livingstone JABADAR Lawrence, who is recovering from an illness, which forced him to be hospitalized recently.
There will be food and drink on sale; music and various types of games and activities, catering to adults and children.
The main feature of the day, will be a Cricket match between the Nevis Masters and the Highlights Cricket club.
The general public is invited to come out and support JABADAR, while enjoying a day of fun.
