BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — The Ministry of Social Development and Gender Affairs presented awards to several individuals to mark the occasion.
In a social media post on Sunday, the ministry said the awardees were celebrated during a breezy and beautiful afternoon ceremony hosted by the Department of Gender Affairs, St. Kitts, at the Railway Bar in Old Road.
The event was chaired by Ms Chaira Flanders and was graced by the presence of Governor-General Her Excellency Dame Marcella Liburd, Deputy Prime Minister the Hon. Dr Geoffrey Hanley, and the Hon. Senator for Social Development and Gender Affairs, Ms Isalean Phillip, who also delivered the welcome remarks.
The featured address was delivered by Ms Waveney Henry, a Human Resources Professional and Leadership Mindset Coach.
