Friday 27th July, saw the official closing of the Golf camp hosted by the Youth and Sports Department, in collaboration with the Four Seasons Resort.
The ceremony was chaired by Sports officer, Carl Tuckett, who thanked the Four Seasons Resort for allowing the use of their facilities for yet another year.
He congratulated Golf Coaches Robert Byron and Maxwell Liburd, for working with the children during the week.
Robert Byron for his part, said that he noted that some who looked intimidated earlier, now appear anxious to get on the greens and he said that he has spotted some who have real potential and others who will need some more work and stated he is looking forward to next year, for another similar program.
Young junior then bravely gave the vote of thanks and the children united their voices in three lusty cheers to the Four Seasons Resort.
