During the cricket finals, held at the Hardtimes Recreation grounds, on Sunday 8th September, a very special presentation was made to the Hard Times Domino club.
Edward Walters, who originally hails from Rawlins Village, but who currently resides in St. Eustatius, took time out to officially present the Hard Times Domino club, with two specially crafted boxes of dominoes.
In accepting the gifts, Michael WISE Herbert thanked Walters for the kind gesture and noted that in the islandwide Domino competition, held earlier in the year, by the Gender Affairs Division, the Hardtimes club placed second. He vowed that with the newly acquired Dominoes, which were set to be put to immediate use, his team would win ‘hands down’, next time around.
