Hon. Spencer R. Brand joined community members earlier today to officially declare open the NDMD Outletz Summer Safety Camp at the Charles E. Walters Community Centre in Hanley’s Road.
In his remarks, Hon. Brand expressed gratitude to the Bank of Nevis (BON) for its timely sponsorship, noting that such support makes vital community initiatives possible.
The camp is designed to educate and empower children by exposing them to critical areas of fire safety, water safety, first aid, and general disaster response, helping to build resilience and preparedness from an early age.
