Charlestown-Nevis-After a three-year hiatus, due to the covid -19 pandemic, Urologist Associates, headed by Dr. Dwayne Thwaites, conducted another prostate screening clinic at the OCCASIONS, on Saturday 14th December.
There was a massive turnout from men in Nevis.
It is reported that over 726 males were screened on that day.
Some persons reportedly slept in their vehicles, the night before, close to the screening venue, so that they would be early in line the next day, as the screening sessions were scheduled to commence at 5 am.
One individual noted that when he got there at 6 am, he was amazed to see vehicles parked from the top of the road close to Occasions, all the way to the main road and parking extending along the road leading to the Social Security Building.
