Currently serving as Executive Chef at the renowned Four Seasons Resort Nevis, he oversees all culinary operations across the resort’s diverse dining portfolio. Chef Daniel brings more than two decades of international culinary experience spanning luxury resorts, fine dining establishments, and globally recognised hospitality brands across the Caribbean, North America, the Middle East, and Mexico.
As Consulting Chef for the Nevis Mango Festival 2026, Chef Daniel plays a vital role in guiding, mentoring, and preparing participating chefs throughout the festival planning process. His expertise helps elevate the festival’s culinary offerings while ensuring creativity, innovation and excellence remain at the forefront.
