Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 7, 2026 — St. Kitts’ own Jahzara Claxton has been named Player of the Series following a standout all-round performance that helped the West Indies Women complete a commanding 3–0 sweep of Zimbabwe in their three-match T20 International series.

The 20-year-old Kittitian all-rounder made significant contributions with both bat and ball throughout the series, finishing with 73 runs and seven wickets to emerge as one of the West Indies’ leading performers.

Claxton’s impressive series began in the opening T20I, where she scored an unbeaten 31 and claimed 2/16, earning the Player of the Match award for her match-winning contribution.

She continued her strong form in the second T20I, taking 3/14 while contributing four runs as the West Indies maintained their winning momentum.

In the third and final T20I, Claxton produced another valuable all-round performance, scoring 38 runs and taking 2/35 to help the West Indies complete the series sweep.
