JJeshawn Daniel, from Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for two drug-related offenses: Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply.
After pleading guilty to both charges, his sentence was delivered on January 31, 2025, at the District “B” Magistrate Court in Sandy Point by Her Honour Mrs. Karen Hill-Hector.
For the offense of Possession of Cocaine, Mr. Daniel received a caution.
However, for the offense of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply, he was fined one thousand five hundred dollars (EC$1,500), which must be paid by February 28, 2025.
If he fails to pay the fine, he will face a default penalty of three months’ imprisonment.
