Job Opportunity – Bilingual Secretary

The Secretariat of the African Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) invites applicants to fill the position of Grade GS4 Bilingual Secretary at the ACP Secretariat in Brussels:

The successful candidate for GS4 Bilingual Secretary will be responsible for the following:

· Collect mail, documents to be signed and files for supervisors

· Distribute mails to persons concerned and file documents

· Type and print draft correspondence or reports

· Photocopying and filing

· Assist I accomplishing the tasks of both services

Suitably qualified persons must possess ‘A’ Level subject passes or equivalent, a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Management Assistance (with additional training in accounting being an asset, a minimum of five years’ ld be forwarded to: ACP Secretariat, 451 Avenue Georges Henri, 1200 Brussels – Belgium or emailed to: hr@acp.int and must reach the secretariat no later than December 04, 2013. Applications must also be accompanied by an updated Curriculum Vitae, copies of degrees, diplomas, certificates and any other documents testifying to the competence and professional experience of the applicant.
