BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — Officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force have formally charged Jovan Huggins, a resident of Camps Village, St. Kitts, with the offence of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 30, 2026.
Mr Huggins was officially processed and charged on September 10, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
