BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — Kevin Isaac of Fort Thomas Road, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been charged with larceny from the person.
The offence is reported to have been committed on March 20, 2026, along Bay Road in Basseterre, near RAMS Supermarket.
Mr Isaac was formally charged on March 24, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station following investigations by law enforcement authorities.
