Basseterre, St. Kitts — His Excellency Enis Xhemaili, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo, formally presented his Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Dame Marcella Liburd, Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis, during a brief ceremony at Government House on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
