Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 01, 2019 (RSCNPF): A man from the western side of the island has been charged by the Police for three  counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and one  count of Indecent Assault for incidents involving a minor. He was charged on Saturday, March 30.
