Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 29, 2018 (RSCNPF): Police have charged 24-year-old Kyrhon Philip of John England Village, St. Peters for the offence of Attempted Murder.
The incident involves 32-year-old Ian Pemberton who was shot multiple times about the body on November 08, 2018 in Lower Monkey Hill. Philip was charged on November 24, 2018. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s prison.
