This media house has been informed that the St. Kitts and Nevis Coast Guard has launched a search in the vicinity of the Charlestown Pier for a man said to be missing at sea.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that the man was seen swimming in the Charlestown Water Front area around 7:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday, August 23, 2018. When he failed to return to land, an alarm was raised and the Coast Guard and other private citizens began to dive the waters in search of the man.
There have been no sightings of the man as yet.
