Man shot dead in St. Kitts

(CHARLESTOWN NEVIS)-Following the three shooting deaths that occurred over this past weekend, the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis was once rocked by gun violence today Monday, June 6, 2017.

Reports reaching this media house indicated that a car drove through the village of St. Paul’s in St. Kitts and persons in the car opened fire on three men killing one in the process. It is alleged that the victim, Jahma Francis was shot and succumbed to his injury. Two other persons were also shot and are said to be in critical condition at the JNF Hospital.

The demise of jahma brought the number of murders to fourteen thus far in the federation for 2017. Eight persons have been murdered in St. Kitts and six have been murdered in Nevis.

Police are currently investigating the incident.
