Michael Richardson of Parray’s Village, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for two (2) counts of fraudulent conversion, committed on 30 January 2024 and 20 February 2024. Having pleaded guilty to the offences on 13 November 2025, Mr Richardson was ordered to repay the full sum of thirty-one thousand eight hundred and ninety dollars (XCD $31,890) to the aggrieved parties within ninety (90) days or, in default, serve nine (9) months’ imprisonment.
The sentence was delivered at the Basseterre High Court, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr., on 20 February 2026. The matter is scheduled for review on 21 May 2026.
