Miles Walters of Cotton Ground, Nevis, has been convicted and fined on two counts of Possession of Cannabis, after initially facing charges of possession with intent to supply.
Walters was fined $2,000 XCD on the first charge, payable within three months, or two months’ imprisonment if unpaid.
On the second charge, he was fined $7,500 XCD, also payable within three months, or six months’ imprisonment in default.
His sentences were handed down on November 18, 2025, at the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court, presided over by His Honour Mr Reynold Benjamin.
