The site will also serve as a repository of articles, photographs, videos and publications shared during the meeting.”

He added: “The creation of a microsite is in keeping with our ‘green’ meeting policy to share information electronically wherever possible. As such, limited copies of our 2012 Annual Report will be printed and instead, persons are invited to visit the website after the Opening Ceremony on May 22, to download the 2012 Annual Report and to view the pre-recorded and written statements by the Governors.”

It has been designed to provide key information in an easy-to-navigate, user-friendly format. It is segmented into three main sections: About the Annual Meeting, Agenda and Newsroom.
