BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank will hold its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, December 29, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel in Frigate Bay and is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m.
According to Board Secretary, Mr Stephen O. Hector, the meeting has been convened to read and confirm the minutes of the 54th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, March 20, 2025; to consider matters arising from those minutes; and to receive the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports.
Shareholders will also receive and consider the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025, declare a dividend, and elect Directors.
The AGM will further confirm the appointment of Auditors for the year ending June 30, 2026, and address any other business for which written notice would have been submitted to the Company Secretary at least three clear working days before the meeting.
