The Nevis Aquatic and Sailing Center continues in its quest to see the further development of the Aquatic Center at Oualie and will host a grand fundraiser, this coming Saturday, 11th March.
According to Danielle Connor, who spoke on behalf of the organization, the fundraiser will be in the form of a concert at the Aquatic Center grounds at Oualie, featuring well-known Artist, MISHKA.
The concert, dubbed MISHKA REGGAE NIGHT, will also feature Nickhail Rogers and the popular Green House Band, led by Jazzique Connor.
The action will commence at 5 pm and go right up to 9 pm, with a cost of $50.00 per person, with children 15 years and under, allowed free of cost.
According to Mrs. Connor, all proceeds will go towards the development of the Aquatic Center.
MISHKA who is already on Nevis noted that he was involved with sailing from a very tender age and sailed to Nevis many years ago and considers it another home.
He promises an outstanding show, which will feature a number of his original songs.
He joined with Mrs. Connor to invite the general public to come out and support a worthy cause and in the process, enjoy an evening of enchanting music.
