Nevis Armed Robberies Under Police Investigation

The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is currently investigating two armed robberies that took place in Nevis. The first incident occurred on May 5th, 2024 at Gracie Snackette and Bar, located at Brown Pasture, Nevis. According to preliminary investigations, two masked assailants entered the establishment through the rear and robbed it at gunpoint. They took money and other valuable items before making their escape. Fortunately, no one was harmed during the robbery.

The second robbery took place on May 6th, 2024, at Daytan Service Station in Jessup’s Village, Nevis. In this incident, a single masked assailant entered the establishment and stole a sum of money from the proprietor at gunpoint before fleeing the scene. Again, no injuries were reported.

The Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF has processed both scenes and collected some items of evidential value. The police are currently investigating both incidents, and the public will be kept informed of any developments.
