Nevis Masters Preparing For Upcoming Tournament

The Nevis Masters Cricket team continues serious training and practice for the upcoming Leeward Islands Masters tournament, slated for Antigua from June 7th to 9th.
Apart from regular practice sessions at the ET Willet Park, the Masters cricketers have engaged in some actual competitive matches, even engaging their much younger counterparts in the under 21 Nevis team.
In a match played on Thursday 16th May, the under 21 team was cock-a-hoop, as they defeated the senior statesmen by all of 48 runs

In a simulation match played on Sunday 19th May at Cotton Ground, Ardie Liburd, MVP of the last Leeward Islands tournament, looked especially good for his 85 not out and Gavin BULF Wattley struck 45.
The Masters are set to engage the Nevis under 19 team at the ET Willet Park at 4.30 today-Tuesday 21st May and would be hoping for a win on this occasion.
