(CHARLESTOWN NEVIS)- Mr. Conrad ‘Plus’ Liburd, who was widely acclaimed as one of the best educators on the island of Nevis passed away on the evening of Monday, February 17, 2014.
Over the years, Mr. Liburd served as a tutor at the Gingerland Secondary School until he was elevated to the position of Principal. A math teacher par excellence, he also taught private classes to a number of individuals.
Mr. Liburd ailed for a number of years, but maintained his gentle, humble and thankful demeanor.
A concert was planned for this upcoming Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Gingerland High School Auditorium in an effort to help assist Mr. Liburd with his condition. There is no word whether or not that concert would continue in his memory.
