Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis — The Nevis Electricity Company Limited (NEVLEC) advises customers that its Non-Payment Disconnection Schedule for October 2026 has been established.
Customers with outstanding arrears are urged to settle their accounts in full on or before the applicable date to avoid disconnection of electricity service.
The scheduled areas are as follows:
Week of October 12, 2026: St. Paul’s and St. John’s areas
Week of October 19, 2026: St. George’s area
Week of October 26, 2026: St. James’ and St. Thomas’ areas
NEVLEC encourages customers with outstanding balances to make the necessary arrangements to settle their arrears before the scheduled disconnection period.
Customers may contact NEVLEC at (869) 469-7243 or 469-7245, or visit the Customer Service Department to settle outstanding accounts and avoid disruption of service.
Please note that a reconnection fee of $100 will be charged for services disconnected due to non-payment. Following payment, reconnection of service will be completed within 24 hours.
