News Alert: Breaking News: High Court says Injunction Application Denied; Constitutional Motion to be Heard Feb. 14- News emanating from the High Court in St. Kitts suggests that the Injunction Application against the GG, AG, etc filed by the Opposition PAM Party has been denied.
So the AG can continue to function as AG and the Government can continue to act under the Senators’ Bill. The status quo remains.
However a date has been fixed for the hearing of the Constitutional Motion. That date is February 14, 2013.
