William De La Cruz, a resident of Salt Pond Alley, Newtown, St. Kitts, has been charged with multiple offences.
These include attempting to convey cannabis and tobacco into His Majesty’s Prison, as well as attempting to take a cellphone chip into the same facility.
These offences were committed on April 17th, 2024. Mr. De La Cruz was charged on April 19th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
