NFL player Joshua Williams visits St Kitts and Nevis

The twin-island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis is beaming with pride as Super Bowl winning Cornerback of the Kansas City Chiefs, Joshua Williams is visiting his native land of St Kitts and Nevis.

The NFL player is the son of George Williams who formerly resided in Molineux.

St Kitts and Nevis Information Service (SKNIS) reports that Williams arrived in the Federation on Tuesday where he was greeted at the Kayan Jet Private Lounge by a high-level local delegation which included Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew, Deputy prime Minister Dr. Geoffrey Hanley and Ambassador. During Weeks 4 and 5 of the 2022 to 2023 NFL Season, Williams, who was among the more than 200 players, coaches and executives across the league allowed to represent their nationality or cultural heritage, wore a decal on his helmet of the National Flag of St Kitts and Nevis

Williams and the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 57 on February 12, 2023.
