Frigate Bay Police responded to a report of a nude man found dead around 0630 hours this morning near a sewerage plant in Frigate Bay.
Dead is Bryan Liddie of Haynes Smith Village, a transient who would collect golf balls and sell them back to tourists on the golf course.
According to Liddie’s family he was a transient who frequented the golf course area.
Workers in the area said it was not uncommon to see him place his laundry to dry on the golf course. In a sense, he lived in the area, so it was not unusual for him to be found there. The District Medical Examiner found no signs of foul play and recommended that an autopsy be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
