BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, SEPTEMBER 9TH 2014 (CUOPM) – Nominations for tourism awards by the St. Kitts Tourism Authority are now open.
The 2014 St. Kitts Tourism Experience Awards will be presented at a ceremony on 8th November.
The Chief Executive Officer of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, Racquel Brown, revealed that the theme for this year’s 14th Annual St. Kitts Tourism Experience Awards is “Delivering Excellence.”
“These awards recognize outstanding contributions to the tourism product, while at the same time encourage others to strive to deliver excellent service to improve the quality of the St. Kitts tourism experience,” Brown said.
She said that the tourism awards is a celebration of the outstanding contributions to the development of the St. Kitts tourism product.
Businesses and individuals can be nominated for the following categories: The People’s Choice;
Pillar of the Industry; Achievement of Excellence; Kittitian Experience Award; Sustainable Tourism Award; National Champion Award; Employee of the Year Award and the Award of Excellence.
The 2014 St. Kitts Tourism Experience Awards will be held on the 8th November, 2014 at the Carambola Beach Club.
Individuals are welcome to nominate an individual or organization who works in the tourism industry “Delivering Excellence”, by completing the online nomination forms on our website: http://www.stkittstourism.kn/downloads/SKT_NomForms.pdf.
Deadline for submissions is 22 September, 2014.
Completed forms can be submitted to the St. Kitts Tourism Authority by email: info@stkittstourism.kn, or printed and faxed to (869) 465-8794. Persons can also hand deliver forms to the offices of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, which is located in the Pelican Mall in Basseterre.
