St John’s, ANTIGUA – Antigua and Barbuda is the last stop of three for the ICC Women’s World T20 Team official declaration of countries to host the November 3-25 World Championship.

This Friday (February 23), the event will include the symbolic presentation of a cricket bat to signify Antigua and Barbuda’s commitment to host their leg of the event. The ceremony will have greetings and remarks from the Government, CWI, WIPA and ICC.

The event will take place at the Government House, the official office of the Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda. The site is among one of the many heritage sites on the island.
