Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 27, 2016, 2015 (RSCNPF): One person is in custody and has been charged with the offence of Attempted Murder in relation to a shooting incident on Sunday (January 24) in Lime Kiln.
In custody is Phoenix Grant Ryhs Southwell of Jones Street, Fortlands. He was arrested and charged today (January 27) for the offence of Attempted Murder.
