Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 09, 2016 (RSCNPF): Dave Henry of Upper Fiennes Ave have been arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of attempted murder and malicious damage as a result of the investigations into a shooting incident on Upper Fiennes Avenue on Sunday, November 06, 2016.
Initial investigations revealed that an occupant of a vehicle was shot at by the assailant while making a stop in the area.
