Allan Douglas and Gren Smith are two overseas coaches who are assisting with the locally run Cricket camp at the ET Willet Park.
The camp which is a collaborative effort between the Nevis Cricket Association and the Youth and Sports Department, is catering free of cost for children ages 6 to 16.
Director of Sports, Jamir Claxton, warmly welcomed the coaches to Nevis and opined that this camp will definitely aid in the quest of the NCA and the Youth and Sports Department, to get several more local cricketers on to the West Indies team.
Both coaches spent the first day doing basic drills with the youngsters which included catching; ground fielding; bat grip and correct stance at the crease.
The camp will run from Monday 11th to Friday 22nd July.
