Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 2, 2018 – Reports early Sunday that activities to mark 25 years in parliament by Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris, was marred by an alleged police shooting which may have left one man dead.
According to reports the alleged shooting incident occurred in Phillips’ Village around midnight, just hours after Harris led a motorcade through the constituency he represents. Dr. Harris was hosting a youth concert in the adjoining village of Molineux.
The man allegedly shot by police is said to be from Ottley’s Village, another area of the constituency that Harris represents.
