Thirty-four (34)-year-old Joseph Anthony Charles alias ‘Happy Happy’ of Back Way, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the murder of Jermaine Greene, a Jamaican national who was a resident on St. Kitts.
The crime was committed on February 13th, 2024, at Downing Street, Sandy Point.
Mr Charles was charged on February 28th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
