POLICE FORCE EXTENDS CONDOLENCES ON PASSING OF RETIRED ACP (Ret’d) CLAYTON MILLS

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 01, 2016 (RSCNPF):  The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has extended condolences to the family of retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Clayton Mills.

 ACP(Ret) Mills served in excess of  thirty-nine (39) years in the Police Service dating from 1965 to 2004 when he retired.

 Commissioner of Police Mr. Ian M. Queeley said, “I have extended our deepest condolences to the Mills family on his passing.  ACP (Ret’d) Mills served our Police Service and our Nation with courage and dedication.  He will be remembered for his outstanding contribution to the development of this Police Force, in particular his contributions in the areas of Traffic Management & Road Safety, Prosecution and the field of sports (cricket).  Many of our senior leadership today, including myself, have benefited immensely from his leadership, experience and training.”

 Commissioner Queeley expressed, “I pray god’s continued comfort on the family at this most difficult time.”
