POLICE PRESS RELEASE 29092016 REPORT OF ARRESTS, CONVICTIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES‏

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 29, 2016, (RSCNPF):  Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period September 27.

 ARREST AND BAIL:

Arrested/Bailed: Jonah Freeman of Challenger’s Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply and cultivation of cannabis. Bailed: Jomah Freeman of Challengers was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 for his appearance at Dieppe Bay Court on 3rd October, 2016. 

 Arrested/Bailed: Te Jay Isaac of Conaree Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for possession of cannabis with intent to supply. Bailed: Te Jay Isaac of Conaree Village was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 3rd October 2012 at 9am.

 Arrested: Leon Isaac alias “Dance of Conaree  was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the  Offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.

 Bailed:  Jonah Freeman of Challenger’s Village who was charged for the offences of possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply and cultivation of cannabis was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 for his appearance at Dieppe Bay Court on 3rd October, 2016.

Bailed:  Everard Laws of Bird Rock who was charged with the offences of Diving without insurance was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday,  3rd October 2016. 

Bailed: Kenrick Mills of Philip’s Village who was charged with the offence of Cannabis was granted bail while he awaits his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 3rd October 2016.

 Bailed: Darnel Bernier of Station Street Old Road who was charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply, was granted bail while he awaits his appearance at Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on 3rd October, 2016.

.Bailed: Jamie Liburd of Parray Village St. Peters was granted bail in the sum of $6000.00 for his appearance in court on the7th November, 2016.

Bailed: Kishmo Carey of Rawlins Housing St. Peters who was charged with possession of cannabis was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 his appearance in court on the 7th November, 2016.

COURT CONVICTIONS:

None to report

 OTHER ACTIVITY:

Search Warrants Executed: Police executed a number of search warrants over the period of this report. The warrants were executed in the following areas Upper Monkey Hill and Conaree.

 Traffic Accident: There were three (3) traffic accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts during the period of this report.
