BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — During his participation in the 50th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Heads of Government, held recently in Basseterre, Godwin Friday, Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, met with nationals of his country residing in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
The engagement took place at the Sir Cecil Jacobs Auditorium, located at the headquarters of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
The visit marked Prime Minister Friday’s second trip to St. Kitts in as many weeks.
On Friday, February 27, he was officially welcomed to the ECCB campus by Governor Timothy Antoine during his inaugural visit to the institution.
Dr Friday also serves as his country’s Minister of Finance and, in that capacity, represents Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on the ECCB Monetary Council.
