The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited is advising customers to remain vigilant amid reports of fraudulent telephone calls targeting bank clients.
In a public advisory, the bank urged customers not to answer suspicious calls and to hang up immediately if such a call is received. Customers are also strongly advised not to return missed calls from unfamiliar or foreign numbers.
The bank further reminded the public never to share sensitive financial or personal information, including card details, PINs, passwords, security codes, or other personal data, with anyone over the phone or through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
Officials stressed that National Bank will never contact customers from a foreign mobile number or request PINs or card details via phone calls or messaging services.
