The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has charged Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, with multiple drug-related offences.
Welsh is facing charges of:
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply
Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply
The offences were committed on August 13, 2025, at Lower Monkey Hill. He was formally charged on August 15, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station.
