Basseterre, St. Kitts — Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for multiple drug-related offences following his appearance before the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court.
Mr Welsh was charged on August 15, 2025, with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to supply, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply. He was later charged on August 21, 2025, with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to supply.
He pleaded guilty to the offences and was subsequently fined EC $5,000, payable within three (3) months, or in default, to serve six (6) months imprisonment.
The sentence was handed down on November 10, 2025, by Her Honour Ms Yasmine Clarke, presiding at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court.
